We at Sqweee LLC believe that your privacy is very important. We’re committed to ensuring that you have a great time using Sqweee, whether you’re one of our subscribers, a host or attendee of an event held on Sqweee, or anyone else! We hope to make you confident in the privacy of any information you provide to us while you’re enjoying Sqweee.

Personally identifiable information (“PII”) is information that can be used on its own, or with other information, to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Your PII may include, but is not limited to, your full name, username, names of businesses that you represent, physical address, email address, telephone number, photograph, precise geolocation, and your credit cards and other payment accounts.

This Sqweee Privacy Policy outlines the types of PII and other data that we will collect from you through the various websites, applications, and services we provide ("Services") for both mobile applications and desktop clients. It covers our intended use of your PII, including when we might disclose your PII and data to third parties.

Your submission of PII and other data to us, and your use of the Services provided by us, constitute your consent to this Privacy Policy and the processing of your PII and other data as described herein.


The most common events in which we may collect PII or other data from you are when you:

  • Use the Services
  • Open an account
  • Log into an account
  • Sign up for communications
  • Request support
  • Take a survey or answer questions
  • Enter sweepstakes, drawings, or other games of luck
  • Provide billing information
  • Authorize push notifications
  • Use messaging or chat functions
  • Choose to submit your PII to us for any other reason

We only collect your PII if you choose to submit it to us; we won’t collect PII from you without your knowledge or simply by virtue of your visiting the Sqweee website or using the Services. We may, however, automatically collect non-personal information such as device IDs, Internet protocol (IP) addresses, Internet service provider (ISP), operating system, browser type, date and time, referring and exit pages, files viewed on our site (such as specific HTML pages and graphics), and other persistent identifiers. This information will only be combined with PII if you choose to submit PII to us.


Cookies are tiny files that many websites, like Sqweee, transfer to your computer’s hard drive or mobile device through your Web browser. Cookies enable the website’s systems to capture and remember certain information about you. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items that you’ve marked as favorites.

Cookies are also used to help us understand user preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

  • Process your orders and payments for Sqweee Services.
  • Provide you with any goods, services, or functionality you have requested or purchased.
  • Respond to any inquiries you have made through our customer service features.
  • Inform you about the latest updates, upgrades, system enhancements, special offers, and other information.
  • Provide customer support, assistance, and feedback.
  • Provide a method for your guests and customers to reach you via your contact email address.
  • Conduct surveys, questionnaires, and other ways of collecting your thoughts and opinions to help us make Sqweee better.
  • Give you the ability to create personal profile areas and view protected content.
  • Administer opt-in contests, sweepstakes, or other marketing or promotional activities.
  • Contact you in relation to contest registration and prize acceptance.
  • Provide information on your request to another individual.
  • Contact you in the scope of talent recruitment.
  • Meet contract or legal obligations.

We may use other data about you to:

  • Track your use of our Services.
  • Personalize your content and offers.
  • Compile statistics.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries.
  • Protect against cheating, crime, fraud, or other security reasons.

Your PII and other data is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

When we transfer credit card information over the Internet, we protect it using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider responsible for maintaining their security, and are not stored or processed on our servers.

We encourage you to protect your PII when you are on the Internet, including when you are on and using our Services. Change your passwords often, use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols when creating passwords, and think twice before sharing your full name, location, social security number, or payment information.


Our account holders can access any PII that you have submitted to Sqweee via your secure account page, which you can access after logging into your account on Once you have logged into your account, click the Profile link under the Account menu to view all your account info, including your PII. You can edit, modify, add, or delete some PII, including your photograph and contact email address that will be made visible to your event hosts and guests, from your account profile page.

If you choose to sign in with your Facebook and/or Google account, Sqweee may also obtain certain PII from that account. In order to keep that information accurate and current, or to delete it, you will need to manage it through that account. We do not have the ability to modify or delete your personal information in your Facebook or Google account.

We will retain your PII and other information for as long as your account is active. Canceling your account, or stopping payment on it, may not automatically result in the immediate deletion of your PII. Additionally, we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon request, Sqweee will tell you whether we hold any of your PII. You can access, correct, or request deletion of your PII by emailing us at

Guests and hosts of events on Sqweee who have provided Sqweee with their names and email addresses, and later wish to retract that information, can update their RSVP and edit or delete that information up until the time the event starts. If you want to edit or delete that information after the event has started, email us at with “Remove” in the subject line, and include your full name, email address, name of the consultant running the event, and the title, event link, and/or event code of the event to which you submitted the information.


We won’t sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your PII without advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Your name, email address, and photograph (if you uploaded one) may be shared with others who are participating in the same events on Sqweee in which you are participating. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

Some visitor information that is not personally identifying may be provided to other parties for marketing, website administration, or other uses.


You are responsible for keeping the PII and other personal information that you provide to us current, and that you correct any errors by logging into your account at, or by emailing us at with “Update” in the subject line, plus your full name and a brief statement about the changes you want to make. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that all information you have and will provide us is a true and correct representation of you, and that only you will be using our Services under your account.

If you previously consented to our sharing of your PII and other information to third parties but wish to retract that consent, you may do so at any time by emailing us at with “Sharing” in the subject line, plus your full name and a brief statement that you want to disallow our sharing of your information.

You can decline to permit cookies or other tracking technologies in your browser settings, but in that case we cannot promise you that all our Services will function properly as a result.


Users of our Services may provide links to external sites that are not owned by Sqweee or under our control. Our Privacy Policy covers only the PII and other information we collect through our website and Services. By accessing any external sites, you are agreeing to the privacy policies of those sites, which may be different than ours with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of your PII and other information. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of third parties.

Note that our Services provide an online venue for presenting a wide range of products and services for sale, but the actual purchase of those products and services will take place on an external website.


We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, the updated version will be posted to our website, with the date of the most recent change listed. Review this Privacy Policy from time to time so that you are aware when any changes are made. Your continued use of our website and Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the changes, do not use the Sqweee website or Services. You acknowledge and agree that the use of Sqweee’s website and Services is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sqweee’s Terms of Service Agreement ("TOS") governs the use of Services offered by Sqweee LLC.
